摘 要:目的评定济宁市职业女性疲劳状况,探讨疲劳相关因素。方法采用疲劳评定量表(FAI)评定济宁市566名职业女性的疲劳状况及特征。结果济宁市职业女性疲劳严重程度平均为4.18±1.30,疲劳环境特异性因子评分为5.04±1.21,疲劳结果因子评分为5.20±1.55,疲劳对休息、睡眠的反应评分为5.69±1.78;护士和教师发生重度疲劳的频率分别为15.2%、17.5%,职业女性重度疲劳发生频率为10.2%,职业、年龄、工作紧张状态不同的女性其疲劳程度存在差异。结论年龄>35岁的护士、教师是疲劳易感人群,该人群应加强自我健康管理,社会及相关职业部门也应充分认识疲劳的危害,关注重点人群。Objective To survey the fatigue status and explore the factors relating to fatigue of professional women in Jining. Methods The fatigue characteristics were measured with Fatigue Assessment Instrument (FAI)for 566 cases. Results The Global Fatigue Severity score was 4.18 ± 1.30, Situation-specific Fatigue score was 5.04 ± 1.21, Fatigue Consequence score was 5.20 ± 1.55,and responsiveness to rest/sleep score was 5.69 ± 1.78. For nurses,the frequency of occurrence of severe fatigue was 15.2% ,and 17.5% for teachers. The average frequency of severe fatigue was 10.20% for professional women. The degree of fatigue was significantly different because of professional women's occupation,different working tension and age group. Conclusion Teachers and nurses〉35 were susceptible to fatigue. And social also should be fully aware of the dangers of fatigue and be concerned about the groups.
