摘　　要：目的探讨异位性皮炎患者皮损内信号转导子和转录激活子6(Signaltransducer and activator of transcription-6,STAT6)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定15例异位性皮炎患者皮损内及15例正常对照者皮肤内STAT6mRNA的定量表达,采用湿疹面积及严重度指数(Eczema area and severity index,EASI)评分评估患者病情,分析异位性皮炎患者皮损内STAT6 mRNA的定量表达与EASI评分相关性。结果异位性皮炎患者皮损内STAT6 mRNA的表达明显高于对照组皮肤内的表达(t=4.94,P=0.0002);异位性皮炎患者皮损内STAT6 mRNA的定量表达与EASI评分呈显著的正相关(r=0.77010,P=0.0008)。结论 STAT6 mRNA的过度表达可能参与异位性皮炎的发病,可以作为判断病情严重程度指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of signal transducer and activator of transcription-6 （STAT6）in patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods Fifteen adult patients with atopic dermatitis and 15 health control were sequentially enrolled in this study. The production of STAT6 mRNA was measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The patients＇s condition were measured by eczema area and severity index （EASI）. The correlation between expression of STAT6 mRNA and EASI was analyzed. Results Expression of STAT6mRNA in atopic dermatitis was significantly higher than that of health control （t=4.94,P=0.0002）. Significant posivtive correlation in atopic dermatitis were found between expression of STAT6 mRNA and EASI scores （r=0.77010,P=0.0008）. Conclusions These findings suggest an important role of STAT6 in the development of patients with atopic dermatitis and could be a sesitive parameter in the development of patients with AD.
