GC/MS法检测24种烤烟烟气中角鲨烯含量

摘　　要：角鲨烯对烟草品质和烟草吃味有重要影响,为了检测烟气中是否含有角鲨烯及其含量,本试验模拟卷烟燃烧机理,利用特定烟草热解吸装置,获得24种烟叶的烟气提取物,采用GC/MS分析法对各品种烟气中角鲨烯成分进行分析测定;烟气角鲨烯成分经过Wiley7n谱库检索到定性结果,其百分含量根据质谱的总离子流图,按照质谱仪自带的工作站软件进行归一化测定。结果表明,五华B2F、五华C3F、南雄BF、梅州大浦云烟87BF、梅州大浦云烟87CF、乐昌K326 B2F、乐昌K326C3F、清远连州B2F、清远连州C3F、津巴布韦LJ0T2 74#、河南C3F-B和云南沾益B2F中含有角鲨烯。其中,含量在1%以上的有五华B2F、五华C3F、南雄BF、梅州大浦云烟87 CF、乐昌K326 B2F,五华B2F品种烟气中角鲨烯含量最高,达1.94%。这为进一步筛选和培育高品质的烟草品种提供了理论依据。Squalene has important influence on tobacco quality and tobacco flavor.In order to detect whether it contains squalene and its content in tobacco smoke,simulating cigarette burning mechanism,24 kinds of tobacco smoke extractive were got by specific tobacco pyrolysis device,and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the squalene content in each of them by GC/MS in this study.The results showed that squalene existed in Wuhua B2F,Wuhua C3F,Nanxiong BF,Meizhou Dapu Yunyan87 BF,Meizhou Dapu Yunyan87 CF,Lechang K326 B2F,Lechang K326 C3F,Qingyuan Lianzhou B2F,Qingyuan Lianzhou C3F,Zimbabwe LJ0T2 74 #,Henan C3F-B and Yunnan Zhanyi B2F.Among them,the content in Wuhua B2F,Wuhua C3F,Nanxiong BF,meizhou Dapu yunyan87 CF,lechang K326 B2F exceeded 1%.The smoke of Wuhua B2F contained the highest squalene and reached 1.94%.This provided theoretical basis for further screening and cultivating the high-quality tobacco variety.
