农户对农村公共产品支付意愿的博弈分析——以河北省农村地区为例

摘　　要：长期以来的二元经济结构,导致农村公共产品供给严重短缺,难以满足农村生产生活需求。通过对河北省156个自然村和658位村民的专项调查,发现河北省农村地区公共产品供给不足,且农户对农村公共产品供给的满意度和支付意愿相对较低。通过对农户支付意愿的博弈分析,指出扩大农村公共产品供给需要从加大政府支持力度、明确权责以及完善民主决策方面入手。The urban-rural dual economic structure is gradually formed after years of evolution in China,which resulted in inadequate supply of public goods in rural area.Inadequate supply of rural public goods can not meet the farmers' production and living needs.By the field investigation in 156 natural villages and 658 farmers in Hebei province,we found that the supply of rural public goods could not meet farmers' need.At the same time,the farmers' degree of satisfaction and WTP for public goods was rather low.Through analysis the game relations among the farmers,we found that if we want to increase the supply of rural public goods,we should increase government support strength on rural area,clear responsibilities and power in public goods supply and perfect democratic decision system in rural area.
