摘　　要：村镇银行作为新型农村金融机构,目前在我国已呈现蓬勃发展的势头。为了进一步了解陕西省村镇银行的发展现状,在实地调研的基础上,对陕西省4家村镇银行的经营情况进行了具体分析,并且运用DEA模型对其运行绩效进行了实证研究,提出了目前陕西省村镇银行发展过程中存在的突出问题与面临的挑战,给出合理性政策建议。As a new type of rural financial institutions,the village bank is developing rapidly in our country.In order to further understand the development of village banks in Shaanxi province,the paper used the DEA model to analyze the operation performance of four village banks in Shaanxi province,and put forward the problems and challenges,proposed support policies.
