摘　　要：目的:对海南省村民免费健康体检项目进行效果及满意度评价。方法:从29 435名参加过体检的村民中分层抽取600人进行体检项目的效果及满意度问卷调查。结果:体检项目按期执行率100.00%,任务完成率98.12%;村民的疾病总检出率为28.33%,94.67%以上的村民认为体检项目在时间安排、体检项目及流程安排等方面较合理,95.33%的村民对体检环境满意,82.33%的村民认为体检结果反馈及时,83.00%的村民认为体检医生的态度很好。结论:体检项目如期顺利完成,项目覆盖范围广,受益人群多,村民对体检项目总体满意度高,项目对社会各层面都产生了效益,具有重要的社会意义。Objective： To evaluate the effect and satisfaction degree of the free health physical examination project among the villagers in Hainan province. Methods： A total of 600 villagers were selected from 29 435 villagers who received physical examination, then the effect and satisfaction degree were investigated by questionnaire survey. Results： The implementation rate of health physical examination project on schedule was 100. 00%, the task completion rate was 98. 12% ; the total detection rate of diseases among the villagers was 28. 33%, more than 94. 67% of the villagers considered that the time arrangement, items, and process of the physical examination were reasonable; 95.33% of the villagers were satisfied with the environment of physical examination, 82. 33% of the villagers considered that the feedback of physical examination results was timely; 83.00% of the villagers considered that the attitudes of doctors were good. Conclusion： The physical examination items are completed successfully, the coverage of project is large, the beneficial population is a lot, the total satisfaction degree of the villagers to physical examination project is high, each level of the society is benefit from the project, which has important social significance.
