芎柏前列散穴位贴敷治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较穴位贴敷与保留灌肠配合毫米波照射治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎综合征的疗效差异。方法:将72例患者随机分为穴位贴敷组(36例)和灌肠组(36例),分别采用芎柏前列散贴敷指定穴位(次髎、中极、关元、会阴、长强)和用如意金黄散保留灌肠加毫米波照射前列腺区域,8次为一疗程,共治疗2个疗程,观察慢性前列腺症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分和疗效。结果:穴位贴敷组36例,脱落5例,显效13例,有效17例,无效1例,总有效率为96.8%(30/31);灌肠组36例,脱落7例,显效7例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率为82.7%(24/29),穴位贴敷组疗效更佳(P<0.05)。两组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分均明显降低(均P<0.01),穴位贴敷组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:芎柏前列散穴位贴敷治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎综合征具有较好疗效,优于保留灌肠配合毫米波照射治疗。Objective To compare the efficacy difference between acupoint sticking therapy and the combined therapy of retention-enema and millimeter-wave radiation in the treatment of type ]11 prostatitis syndrome. Methods Seventy-two cases were randomized into an acupoint sticking therapy group （group A, 36 cases） and an enema group （group B, 36 eases）. The acupoint sticking therapy with Xiongbai Qianlie powder was applied to Ciliao （BL 32）, Zhongji （CV 3）, Guanyuan （CV 4）, Huiyin （CV 1-） and Changqiang （GV 1） in group A. The reten- tion-enema with R＊~yi Jinhuang powder plus millimeter-wave radiation at the prostatic region was used in group lg. Eight treatments made one session. Totally, 2 sessions of treatment were required. The score of the symptoms ofchronic prostatitis （NIH-CPSI） and the efficacy were observed. Results Of 36 cases in group A, 5 cases were dropped off, 1：3 cases remarkably effective. 17 cases effective and 1 case failed; the total effective rate was 96.8~ （30/31）. Of 36 cases in group B, 7 cases were dropped off, 7 cases remarkably effective, 17 cases effective and 5 cases failed~ the total effective rate was 82.7% （24/29）. The efficacy in group A was much better （P《0.05）. After the treatment, the score of NIH-CPSI was reduced obviously in either group （both P〈0.01）. The result in group A was much better than group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint sticking therapy with Xiongbai Qianlie San achieves a good efficacy on type Ⅲprostatitis syndrome and its efficacy is superior to the retention- enema plus millimeter-wave radiation therapy.
