制丝过程中筛净率对烟叶造碎的影响

摘　　要：在制丝过程中 ,提高叶片筛净率可以降低烟叶造碎。通过在打叶前、后增加振动筛 ,采取多级筛分措施 ,使筛净率提高到 85%以上 ,造碎率由 11%以上降低至 7%以下 ,卷烟单箱耗丝量由 4 2 .5kg降至 4 0 .4kg 。Raising screening degree can reduce the formation of tobacco powder in the primary processing. By adding vibrating screens before and after shresher and increasing screening times,the screening ratio could be raised to more than 85%,tobacco powder content was reduced from 11% to 7%,the consumption of cut tobacco was reduced from 42.5kg/50000 pieces to 40.4kg/50000 pieces. The cigarette quality was also improved obviously.
