对第二轮市、县级矿产资源规划的一些思考

摘　　要：市、县级矿产资源规划中存在着规划质量和规划定位问题、勘查分区和开采分区规划问题,探矿权和采矿权设置问题。应加强沟通,注重资料的管理与交接,找准规划定位;认真细致、科学合理地进行勘查与开发分区的划分;合理设置探矿权和采矿权,以便矿产资源规划编制得科学合理、操作性更强、指导作用更大。In view of the problems existed in mineral resource planning at prefecture or county level,such as the quality and positioning of planning,the planning for exploration and exploitation zone,setting of mineral exploration rights and mineral exploitation rights,this paper proposes strengthening communication,paying attention to data management and hand over,pinpointing the positioning of plan,conducting the division of exploration and exploitation zone carefully and scientifically;reasonably setting up the mineral exploration rights and mining rights so as to improve the planning preparation of mineral resources.
