摘　　要：为探索临床路径管理在保障医疗质量与安全、规范诊疗行为、提高医疗服务效率、有效控制不合理费用、促进单病种质量管理与控制体系建设中的作用。本文回顾性分析了2010年6月至2011年12月全国6918例儿童白血病病历资料,从医疗质量、安全、效率、费用指标变化情况等各项指标进行统计分析。实施临床路径管理后,可在保障医疗质量与安全的基础上,规范诊疗行为,提高医疗服务效率,有效控制不合理医疗费用,对于促进医疗服务管理向科学化、规范化、专业化、精细化、信息化发展具有重要意义。To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway management on guarantying medical quality and safety;regulating medical behaviors ;increasing medical service efficiency;reducing unreasonable costs and promoting the construction of single disease quality management and control system.This text analyzed retrospectively on the medical quality,safety,efficiency and costs of 6918 childhood leukemia from June 2010 to December 2011 nationwide.Based on the guarantee of medical quality and safety,clinical pathway management has advantage on improving medical service,enhancing medical service efficiency and effectively reducing unreasonable costs.Furthermore,it is also important to improve the medical service management more scientifically,standardizedly,professionally and informatively.
