口服吲哚美辛片引起眩晕综合征和心律紊乱

摘　　要：1例71岁女性患者,因牙痛自行空腹服用吲哚美辛片75 mg,约1 h后患者出现头晕、恶心、呕吐、全身震颤、出汗,即来院急诊。经查体,诊断为吲哚美辛引起的眩晕综合征及心律紊乱。对症处理给予10%葡萄糖注射液500 mL,维生素C 2g静滴,安定10 mg,胃复安10 mg肌肉注射,约2 h后症状消失,完全恢复,未曾复发。One 71-year-old female patient took the indomethacin tablet 75 mg on an empty stomach because of a toothache.After about 1 hour,she developed dizziness,nausea,vomiting,tremor all of the body,perspiration,and then was admited to hospital.Through physician examination,vertigo syndrome and cardiac arrhythmia caused by indomethacin were diagnosed.Symptomatic treatments of intravenous infusion of 10% glucose 500 mL,vitamin C 2 g,and diazepam 10 mg,metoclopramide 10 mg for intramuscular injection were given,and about 2 hours later,the symptoms disappeared with no recurrence.
