安徽汉族人群IL-1F10-3基因rs3811058位点单核甘酸多态性与强直性脊柱炎患者遗传易感性研究

摘　　要：目的了解IL-1F10-3基因rs3811058位点的单核苷酸多态性与强直性脊柱炎遗传易感性的关系。方法采用病例对照研究设计,通过聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对基因型筛查并进行基因组测序验证,检测151例强直性脊柱炎患者和155例正常对照基因型,并分析基因型及等位基因频率在两组中的分布。结果 IL-1F10-3基因rs3811058位点的等位基因频率和基因型频率在病例组和对照组中的分布差异均无统计学意义。结论安徽地区汉族人群强直性脊柱炎患者遗传易感性可能与IL-1F10-3基因rs3811058位点单核苷酸多态性无关。Objective To explore the correlation between IL-1F10-3 gene locus rs3811058 single nucleotide polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to ankylosing spondylitis（AS）.Methods A case-control study was designed,by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP） method for genotype screening and genome sequencing,We detected 151 cases of AS patients and 155 cases of normal control genotype,analyzed the genotype and allele frequencies in the two groups in the distribution.Results IL-1F10-3 gene rs3811058 in case and control groups were no significant difference in the distribution and allele frequency,gene type frequency.Conclusion There is no significant difference between the IL-1F10-3 gene rs3811058 single nucleotide polymorphism and AS in Anhui population.
