摘 要:目的评价临夏州8~10岁儿童碘缺乏病防治效果。方法干预前后,分别于2006年、2010年在每个县按东、南、西、北、中抽取5个乡,每个乡抽取1个村,每个村8~10岁儿童80名(2010年40名),进行甲状腺触诊和B超检查,2010年还抽取其中20名学生采集尿样进行尿碘检测,同时每个村随机采集20户盐样进行检测。结果临夏州合格碘盐食用率从83.2%(1056/1269)升高到94.6%(756/799),8~10岁儿童甲肿率从10.3%(364/3518)下降到4.2%(72/1722),8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为209.76ug/L,<50 ug/L比例占6.73%。结论临夏州实施碘缺乏病综合防治措施后,效果明显,儿童尿碘处于适宜水平,合格碘盐食用率、8~10岁儿童甲肿率均达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准;但部分县防治形势仍然严峻。Objective The effect evaluation on children aged 8 to 10 of Iodine Deficiency Disorders(IDD) prevention in Linxia.Methods According to the east,west,south,north and middle position in each county,a village and a primary school were selected.Eighty(forty in 2010) 8 to 10-year-old students in each school were randomly selected to check thyroid in 2006 and 2010,and among them 20 students were colle cted urine samples to determine urinary iodine in 2010.Twenty edible salt samples from each household in each village were collected to test salt iodine.Results Consumption rate of qualified iodized salt of Linxia was increased from 83.2% to 94.6%,the goiter rate of children aged 8 to 10 was declined from 10.3% to 4.2%,the median of urinary iodine were 209.76 μg/L,50 μg/L ratio were 6.73%.Conclusion The effect was obvious by taking the comprehensive prevention and control measures of IDD.The level of urinary iodine of children was appropriate,consumption rate of qualified iodized salt and the goiter rate of children aged 8 to 10 had reached national standard for eliminating IDD.However,situation in some counties was still severe.
