摘　　要：基于百年住居的理念,对住宅的适应性设计提出了更高的要求,不仅要满足常规空间环境的适应性,更重要的是满足在全生命周期条件下多层面的适应性,即居住空间环境的适应性、核心家庭居住功能的适应性以及住宅工业化及部品需求的适应性。这就要求在住宅设计阶段应对其结构体系、设备体系和装修体系进行合理的选择与配置。根据以上要求,希望建立一个较为系统的针对中小套型住宅适应性设计的评价体系。这个体系一方面能有效地对中小套型住宅适应性设计进行较为合理的评价,另一方面能直观地反映出未来中小套型住宅设计的基本需求和发展趋势。Based on the construction idea of the long-lived habitation and the life-cycle requirements, the adaptive design of houses should meet different adaptive demands of spatial environment,residential functions for the nuclear family,and housing industrialization and components.It means that the structural system,equipment system and decorative system in the design stage should be chosen reasonably. Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to set up a relatively scientific evaluation system for the adaptive design of medium and small-scale houses.In this system,it not only gives effective evaluation to the adaptive design,but also its indicators and relative weight coefficients visually reflect the future requirements and trends of the design for medium and small-scale houses.
