摘　　要：重庆大学山地城镇建设与新技术教育部重点实验室依托重庆大学建筑城规学院、土木工程学院的学科基础和研究优势,凝练四个学术研究方向,对山地城镇从整体规划布局到单体设计施工以及使用阶段的灾变监测进行系统和综合的研究,解决城镇化进程加快发展中山地城镇建设所面临的日益突出的新型复杂技术问题,为山地城镇建设的实践提供科学依据和技术支撑。自立项建设以来,实验室认真贯彻"开放、竞争、流动、联合"的运行方针,建立了完善的管理运行及开放机制,取得一系列研究成果,逐步成为我国山地城镇规划建设理论创新和工程实践的重要研究和实验基地。The Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of New Technology for Construction of Cities in Mountain Area is based on the research strengths of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning and the School of Civil Engineering, Chongqing University. It comprises four academic research directions, such as systematical and comprehensive study of new and sophisticated technologies in mountain area, master planning, design and construction of single building, and disaster monitoring, so as to provide a scientific basis and technical support for decision making. Since the laboratory was set up, it has been conscientiously implemented the ＂ Openness, Flow, Cooperation, Competitiveness ＂ operation policy, has established a sound management operation and open mechanism, and has achieved series results. The laboratory is gradually becoming an important research and experimental base on theoretical innovation and engineering practice in mountain area urban planning and construction in China.
