参卿止痒洗液联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参卿止痒洗液联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗湿疹的安全性和有效性。方法将300例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组150例采用常规治疗方案;治疗组150例加参卿止痒洗液外用、口服复方甘草酸苷片,治疗4周时观察疗效和不良反应。结果 280名患者完成本次研究,对照组137例有效率62.77%、不良反应率8.03%;治疗组143例有效率81.82%、不良反应率6.99%,两组有效率有显著差异、不良反应率无显著差异。结论参卿止痒洗液联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗湿疹安全有效。Objective To observate the safety and efficacy of Shen Qing Antipruritic Lotion Combined with the Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in treatment of eczema. Methods 300 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group of 150 patients were using the standard treatment options,The treatment group of 150 cases were added with Shen Qing Antipruritic Lotion Combined with the Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets.To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction after4 weeks of treatment. Results 280 patients completed this study, The control group of 137 patients were with an efficiency of 62.77% and the rate of adverse reactions to 8.03%, 143 cases in the treatment group were with an eff^ciency of 81.82% and the rate of adverse reactions to 6.99%. The two groups had significant differences in efficiency but no significant differences in adverse reaction rate. Conclusion Shen Qing Antipruritic Lotion in the treatment of eczema was safe and effective.
