经阴道彩色多普勒超声在异位妊娠诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月接受治疗并怀疑为异位妊娠的73例患者采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,结合术后病理结果对显像进行分析。结果 73例患者当中,经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断患病为69例,而经术后病理确诊实际患病72例,诊断的准确率为95.83%,说明采用此方法诊断,正确率很高。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠对临床的诊断和治疗具有重要的指导意义。Objective To study and analysis the clinical value of the transnational color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in Ectopic Pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis suspected of ectopic pregnancy 73 patients were treated by the transnational color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in January 2008 to December 2010 at our hospital, and combine with postoperative pathologic result analysis of imaging. Results 69 cases were diagnosed by the transnational color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, but 72 cases were diagnosed by the postoperative pathologic in 73 patients. The accuracy rate is 95.83%, which proved it is right by it. Conclusion With transnational color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis ectopic pregnancy for clinical diagnosis and treatment has important guiding significance.
