改良B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产后出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较改良B-Lynchy缝合术与传统方法在治疗剖宫产后子宫收缩乏力产后出血疗效。方法收集2008年1月～2010年4月衡阳市妇幼保健院住院剖宫产产后出血病例54例为研究对象,其中27例采取改良B-Lynchy缝合法,为研究组;27例采取传统的治疗方法,为对照组。比较两组病例在手术后出血量、子宫切除率、产褥病率及术后血性恶露干净时间等方面差别。结果研究组在术后出血、子宫切除率及产褥病率方面优于对照组,血性恶露干净时间两组无统计学差别。结论改良B-Lynchy缝合术对于治疗剖宫产后子宫收缩乏力出血是一种有效及安全的治疗方法。Objective To compare the effect of the modified B-Lynchy suture with the traditional method in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony after cesarean section. Methods 54 cases of postpartum hemorrhage Collected in Heng yang City MCH hospital from January 2008 to April 2010 were observated,the study group including 27 cases taken by the modified B-Lynehy suture method and the control group including 27 cases taken by the traditional method of treatment.The difference of the two group patients was compared in bleeding after surgery, hysterectomy rates, puerperal morbidity, and postoperative lochia rubra time. Results Study group in postoperative bleeding, hysterectomy, andpuerperal morbidity rate than the control group was superior and the difference of postoperative lochia rubra time was statistically significant. Conclusion Modified B-Lynchy suture for postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony after cesarean section is an effective and safe treatment.
