摘　　要：加速施工在我国目前尚无明确的规定,但在工程实施过程中,加速施工常常存在,并给承包商带来了实际的成本增加,如何应对加速施工及如何进行索赔得到承包商越来越多的关注。对加速施工的合理性从施工组织的角度进行了分析,给出了加速施工合理性的判定方法。在此基础上分析了业主指令或暗示加速施工情况下,承包商可以进行索赔的项目及这些项目的计算方法。Acceleration is not accepted by all parties of the project, but in the course of the construction acceleration does occur and increase the cost of the contractor. Under this condition how a contractor deasl with acceleration and how to claim for it become important problems. The method to judge the rationality of acceleration is put forward from planning and programming of project construction. This method can also be used to judge the rationality of thetime limit for a project during the period of bidding. The contractor can adjust the strategy of bidding. The items and the calculation method of claims for acceleration are also put forward. These problems are analyzed and the calculation method of acceleration is put forward in this paper.
