摘 要:为了合理利用粉煤灰,对含碳量较高的山东淄博某电厂粉煤灰进行了浮选脱碳试验研究,目的在于确定该粉煤灰的浮选效果以及最佳药剂制度。试验以捕收效果较强的柴油为捕收剂,FMH-5为起泡剂,分别考察了药剂用量、浮选时间、矿浆浓度、浮选机转速以及浮选机充气量等因素对浮选指标的影响。研究结果表明,在优化后的药剂制度与浮选机单机操作条件下,仅仅采用一次粗选的工艺流程可获得可燃体回收率84.27%,浮物可燃体含量55.05%,尾灰烧失量2.41%的较好结果。To utilize the fly ash reasonably, the paper carried out an experimental study on decarburization flotation of fly ash from a power plant in Zibo of Shandong, which contained high carbon content. The aim was to find out the best flotation results and the best reagent system. In the experiment, diesel was used as collector for its strong collecting capacity, FMH-5 as frother, the effects of reagent dosage, flotation duration, pulp concentration, rotational speed of rotator and aeration volume of rotator etc on the flotation of fly ash were investigated separately. The results showed that only one coarse flotation of fly ash with optimized reagent system and one rotator acquired better effects including recovery of combustible substance 84.27%, content of floating combustible 55.05% and burning loss oftailings 2.41%.
