水性含氟硅聚氨酯水分散体的制备与性能分析

摘　　要：以含氟聚醚多元醇、N210、羟基硅油、4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为主要原料,采用自乳化法合成了水性含氟硅聚氨酯分散体。研究了影响水性含氟硅聚氨酯分散体的粒径及其分布、固含量、乳胶膜的热性能与耐酸碱性能的因素。结果表明,加入氟和硅的水性聚氨酯,其耐化学品性和耐热性能均有所提高。Waterbome fluoro-siliconated polyurethane dispersion （FSiWPUA） was prepared from fluorine-containing polyether polyol,N210,hydroxyl silicone oil,dicyclohexylmethylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate （HMDI） ＂as main materials through self-emulsified method. The factors on FSiWPUA,including the particle size and distribution,solid content, heat resistant and the acid and alkali resistant properties of coatings,were investigated. The results indicated that the chemical resistant and heat resistant properties of fluoro-siliconated polyurethane were better than none of fluorine and silicone.
