摘 要:参考航空涡轮风扇发动机和外燃式燃气轮机技术,提出一种燃机与锅炉的耦合系统。在新系统中,由燃气轮机驱动风机为锅炉提供一次风和二次风,而从压气机出来的高压空气则通过高温换热器在锅炉炉膛里面受热,然后高温高压的空气推动涡轮做功,做功后的空气作为锅炉二次风的一部分排入炉膛。而涡轮输出功除了带动压气机外,剩余部分用来驱动风机。建立了计算该系统性能的热力学模型,计算结果表明,利用该燃机驱动锅炉的风机在技术上是完全可行的,因为取代了锅炉的一、二次风机,所以厂用电率可以大大降低。Based on the technologies of fanjets and externally-fired gas turbines,a system coupled by a gas turbine and a boiler was proposed.In the new system,most of the air is driven by the front fan of the gas turbine and flows into a boiler as primary and secondary air of the boiler;and the air compressed by a compressor of the gas turbine flows into the high temperature heat exchanger(HTHE) installed in the furnace chamber to absorb the heat and to work through expanding in the turbine.At last,the air would flow into the chamber as secondary air when it is discharged from the turbine.The compressor and the front fan are driven by the turbine.The thermal model of the system was established.The results of calculation show that the technology of using a gas turbine to drive the fan of the boiler is feasible.The auxiliary power consumption rate will be reduced obviously,because primary and secondary air fans can be replaced by the proposed system.
