摘　　要：当今社会里,每日收集各类上市公司信息,并在"股吧"上发表个人意见,已经成为相当多网民投资者的回家作业。在"股吧"中,个人的理性选择,一旦变成集体行为,就必然出现一些"行为缺陷"。"股吧热"的持续并非偶然,其恰恰反映了广大中小投资者需要更公开和更高质量的证券市场信息,也预示着传统的纸质信息披露媒介的单向传播模式已经逐步向网络信息披露平台的交互式传播模式转变。In today＇s society, the daily collection of all kinds of information of the listed companies, and in the ＂shares＂ published on the personal opinion, has become considerably more netizens investors homework. In the＂ shares＂, individual rational choice, once into collective behavior, will appear some＂ behavioral defects＂. ＂ Shares＂ persistence is not accidental, it just reflects the broad in small investor needs to be more open and more high quality information in the securities market, also indicates that the traditional paper-based information disclosure media one-way communication mode has gradually to the network information disclosure platform interactive communication mode.
