摘　　要：资本移动理论是马克思主义经济学的一个基本理论,同时也是利润率平均化理论的前提。马克思的平均利润率理论是科学的,但阐述这一理论的资本移动理论模型却存在缺陷,必须加以修正。根据修正的模型分析,资本移动、供求失衡、经济波动是资本主义生产的常态;经济波动乃至经济危机是资本移动的结果;政府宏观经济调控的作用是相当有限的。Theory of capital movements is a basic theory of Marxist economics, but also the premise of the theory of average profit margins.Marx＇s theory of average profit margin are scientific, but this theoretical model is a theory of capital movements is flawed and needs to be fixed.According to the amended models of analysis, capital movements, imbalance of supply and demand, economic fluctuations is the normality of capitalist production;Economic fluctuations and the economic crisis is the result of capital movements;Role of Government mic control is very limited
