县域社区银行发展路径选择及优化研究——与美国等国外社区银行制度比较

摘　　要：目前,随着我国市场经济建设的深入发展,"三农"和中小企业金融支持问题已经成为制约我国经济尤其是县域经济快速发展的瓶颈。从国外经验来看,设立社区银行是解决农业资金支持和中小企业融资问题的有效途径。因此,我国应结合县域经济发展实际,优化县域银行业体系,设立和发展社区银行。At present, China＇s market economic development,＂ three problems about countryside,agriculture and farmers＂ and financial support for small and medium enterprises problem already was become .restrict our country economy especially the prefectural region economy fast development bottleneck. The experience from abroad, the establishment of community banks is to solve agricultural financial support and financing problems of small and medium enterprises is the effective way. Therefore, our country should combine the development of prefectural region economy actual, optimize prefectural region bank system, the establishment and the development of community banks.
