摘  要:在智能电网和开放、互动的智能营销的发展过程中,电价体系面临发展与改进。关于智能营销的发展,指出新型电力营销中电价体系应具备多样、可选、双向、动态、互动特性。构想电价特性多样化下电价市场细分、电价形式选择、定价机制研究和用户互动行为研究的发展方向和新思路。认为电价体系发展与改进将在测量技术、需求侧管理、通信技术等方面对智能表计的发展提出新要求。复杂电价体系下发生的需求侧和电网间的实时互动将促使高级配电运行(ADO)及配网重构发展。这为逐步实现互动营销下的电价体系和充实智能营销理论框架奠定基础。In the perspective of smart grid and interactive ISM(Intelligent Sale and Marketing),power price systems are facing development and improvement.For the development of ISM,it is pointed out that,the power price system in ISM should have the features of multiple,optional,bidirectional,dynamic and interactive.The research direction and new ideas of the electricity market segmentation,price form selection,pricing mechanism,and customer's interactive behavior in such price system are conceived.It is also pointed out that,the development and improvement of power price system will propound new requirements for the development of smart meter in measuring technique,demand side management and communication technique.The real-time interaction between customers and grid in complex power price system will promote the development of ADO(Advanced Distribution Operation) and distribution network reconfiguration.The purpose is to realize the power price systems of interactive marketing and lay the foundation for enriching theoretical framework of ISM gradually.
