摘  要:为了解多室箱波形钢腹板箱梁的力学性能,采用试验与有限元模拟分析相结合的方法对单箱三室波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥的力学性能进行了研究。通过静载试验得到试验梁在试验荷载作用下的挠度曲线,边跨跨中及中跨跨中截面顶底板纵向正应力分布;通过动载试验得到试验梁前5阶模态、中跨跨中断面最大动挠度。研究结果表明:在试验荷载作用下,各工况实测挠度满足规范要求;偏心荷载作用下的挠度值比对称荷载下大30%以上,在计算波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁活载效应时,建议选用合理的内力增大系数来计入偏心荷载对截面内力的影响。各控制截面实测应力曲线变化趋势与有限元计算值趋势吻合,实测值均小于计算值,且满足预应力混凝土桥应力的一般要求。动载试验表明桥面铺装平整,符合设计要求。In order to investigate the mechanical properties of multi-box girder with corrugated steel webs,the method of comparing the results of experiment and finite element analysis was used to study 3-cell single box PC composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.The deflection curve of the beam and the normal stress distribution in longitudinal direction of the top and bottom flange at mid-span sections of the side span and middle span were obtained by the static experiment under test load.The first five-order modes of the test beam and the maximum dynamic deflection at mid-span section of middle span were obtained by dynamic load test.The results show that(1) the deflection of the structure can meet the requirement of specification under test load;(2) compared with the situation under symmetrical load,the deflection under eccentric load is 30% larger at least,so it is suggested that reasonable increasing coefficient of internal force should be chosen to consider the effect of the eccentric load on the sectional internal force.The change of the experimental stress curve of the control sections is well coincide with the finite element stress curve.The experimental results are less than the finite element results and satisfy the requirements of the code of highway PC bridges.
