摘　　要：论文以图书馆数字信息服务内容与流程管理的优化为研究目的,在分析清华大学图书馆学术信息资源门户的数字信息服务内容与流程管理的基础上,概括了图书馆数字信息服务内容与流程管理的特点,总结了其优点和可以改进的地方,并提出了相应的优化建议。By examining Tsinghua University Library Academic Information Resource Portal from the perspective of items and process management of libraries＇ digital information service, this paper analyzes the status of items and process management of libraries＇ digital information service, points out that the items and process management of Tsinghua University Library has many advantages, but there is still rooms for improvement. Based on the analysis, it also provides advices for improving service items and process management.
