行鼻内窥镜术患者围手术期护理流程再造的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨再造的鼻内窥镜围手术期的护理流程对慢性鼻窦炎患者手术前后的负性情绪、术后症状以及生活质量的影响。方法对100例慢性鼻窦炎合并息肉患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组50例,对实验组的患者实施综合干预,并采用焦虑自评量表、VAS、Lund-Kennedy评分法、QOL量表等对患者的疗效和生活质量进行评估。结果经过术前、术中、术后的综合干预,实验组慢性鼻窦炎合并息肉患者的焦虑状况有明显的改善,生活质量的五项指标评分均明显提高,VAS、Lund-Kennedy评分显著降低。结论改造后的护理措施明显地改善了慢性鼻窦炎合并息肉患者患者的负性情绪,提高了其生活质量。Objective Discusses the recreation of nasal endoscopic perioperative care process for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps patients before and after the operation of the negative emotions,symptoms in recovery period and the quality of life.Methods A total of100 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,both 50 cases in each group,the experimental group patients were carried out the new nursing process and the control group were used traditional process,both groups patients were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale,visual analogue scale,Lund-Kennedy scale,quality of life index rating scale.Result After the comprehensive intervention through the experimental group patients whole perioperative period,chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps patients＇ anxiety and the five indicators of quality of life were improved significantly,VAS and Lund-Kennedy scale were decreased a lot.Conclusion The new care process reengineering improved the chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps patients＇negative emotions and their quality of life.
