循证护理在防治奈达铂对头颈部肿瘤化疗致过敏反应中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在防治奈达铂对头颈部肿瘤化疗致过敏反应中的应用效果。方法:对89例头颈部肿瘤化疗患者实施循证护理。首先针对奈达铂静脉化疗可能致过敏性反应,甚至过敏性休克的问题按照循证思想,提出循证问题,检索相关问题文献,确定护理措施并实施针对性护理,最后对护理效果进行评价。结果:89例头颈部肿瘤应用奈达铂化疗过程中无过敏性休克发生,4例出现轻度过敏反应,患者及家属对治疗过程满意。结论:实施循证护理降低了奈达铂对头颈部肿瘤化疗致过敏反应的发生,减轻了过敏反应发生的程度,保证了化疗用药的安全。Objective： To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in prevention and treatment of allergy caused by nedaplatin used for chemotherapy in head and neck cancer. Methods： Eighty-nine cases of head and neck cancer accepted evidence-based nursing. Because of the allergy or even anaphylactic shock might be caused by nedaplatin, problems were posed andliteratures were reviewed. Then nursing intervention was confirmed and put into effect. The care effect was evaluated finally. Results： Eighty-nine cases of head and neck cancer treated by nedaplatin processed without the occurrence of anaphylactic shock. Mild allergy happened in 4 cases. Conclusion： The incidence of allergic reaction of nedaplatin is reduced by use of evidence-based nursing, the degree of the allergy is relieved and then chemotherapy of nedaplotin become safer.
