摘 要:目的探寻温室土壤中有机提取物(extractable organic matter,EOM)毒性作用的主要靶器官。方法提取某温室土壤中的EOM,将40只昆明雄性小鼠随机分为对照(DMSO)组、EOM低剂量组(0.5 g/mL)、中剂量组(1.5 g/mL)和高剂量组(3.0 g/mL),每组10只。对小鼠进行EOM灌胃染毒,染毒容量为10 mL/kg,每天1次,连续染毒4周。最后计算小鼠染毒前后体重净增值,心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑的脏器系数,并检测这些组织和血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力与丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 EOM对小鼠染毒前后体重净增值和各组织脏器系数未有明显影响。与对照组相比,EOM低剂量组的肝、肾和脾组织SOD活性有所升高,高剂量组显著降低,且EOM各剂量组间肝、肾、脾、脑及血清中MDA含量皆具有统计学差异。结论温室土壤中EOM可诱导肝、肾、脾、脑和血清等靶器官产生脂质过氧化损伤作用。Objectives To investigate the toxicity induced by the EOM from greenhouse soil on target organs.Methods EOM extracted from greenhouse soil was fed to mice via gavage at doses of 0,5,15,30 g soil dry weight/(kg.bw) individually per day for 4 weeks.DMSO was used as a negative control.Body weight increment and organ coefficient of heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney and brain were calculated,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in those organs and serum were detected.Results There were no significant differences between EOM exposure groups and the control group for body weight increment and organ coefficient.SOD activity and MDA content in liver,spleen,kidney,brain and serum of exposure groups were significantly different from the control group and in a dose-dependent manner with the concentration of EOM.Conclusions Lipid peroxidation in liver,spleen,kidney,brain and serum were induced by the EOM extracted from greenhouse soil.
