海军某部航空兵心理亚健康现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解海军某部航空兵心理亚健康现况,分析官兵心理亚健康与生活质量之间的关系,为开展海军航空兵心理健康保健工作提供依据。方法随机抽取76名海军某部空勤人员和105名地勤人员作为调查对象,用康奈尔医学指数(Cornell Medical Index-CMI)和WHO生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行问卷调查,并对两者进行比较。结果空勤人员心理亚健康发生率为9.2%,低于地勤人员(20.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);空勤人员对生存质量的满意度明显优于地勤人员,差异有显著性(P<0.01);心理亚健康官兵的生存质量低于心理健康的官兵,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论海军地勤人员的心理亚健康发生率高于空勤人员,心理亚健康状态是影响官兵生活质量的高危因素,海军航空兵部队应加强心理卫生服务工作。Objective To learn the mental subheahh status of some naval airmen, and analyze the relation between subhealth and quality of life, so as to provide the basis for their health care. Methods Seventy-six navy aircrew and 105 navy ground support personnel were investigated by Cornell Medical Index （CMI） and WHO Qulity of life （WHOQOL - BREF）. Results The incidence of subhealth in Navy aircrew（9.2% ） was lower than that in ground support personnel （20.0 % ）, （ P 〈 0.05）. It was also lower than the other branch of navy. The total mean score and scores of most subscales of WHOQOL-BREF in navy aircrew were higher than those in ground support personnel（ P 〈 0.05） ; the total mean score and scores of most subscales of WHOQOL-BREF in mental health people were higher than those in mental subhealth people（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The mental health status of the members of navy aircrew is better than that of ground support, and other branch of navy. The mental health status is a high risk factor related to quality of life, so it is necessary to strengthen the service of mental health for the naval airmen.
