摘 要:目前国内主要应用不锈钢管型OPGW,为了防止电化学腐蚀,填充防腐油膏是可行的,但在污染严重的工业区和沿海地区,使用普通不锈钢管型OPGW防腐效果并不理想。铝包不锈钢管型OPGW采用不锈钢管包覆铝层来提高耐腐蚀效果,和外层表面材料一致,不存在电化学腐蚀,在成缆过程中无需填充防腐油膏,提高了铝包不锈钢管型OPGW的使用寿命,并且降低成本。文章介绍了铝包不锈钢管型OPGW的结构特点、余长设计、包覆相关工艺设计及其制造和工艺控制。并通过对比试验和客户反馈对铝包不锈钢管型OPGW实际应用结果做相应论述。At present OPGW with stainless steel tube is widely used in China. To prevent electrochemical corrosion, fill- ing antiseptic grease between stainless steel tube and aluminum-clad steel wire is feasible. However, in heavily polluted industrial areas and coastal areas, the preservative effect of OPGW with stainless steel tube is not satisfactory. OPGW with aluminum covered stainless steel tube can prevent electrochemical corrosion, with the same material as the outer surface of aluminum-clad steel wire. The electrochemical corrosion does not exist and it does not need to use grease any more. OPGW with aluminum covered stainless steel tube has longer life and less cost. This paper describes the structure property, fiber excess-length design, aluminum-clad stainless steel pipe design, manufacture and process control of OPGW with aluminum covered stainless steel tube. Through the contrast test and customer feedback, this paper also demonstrates the application results of OPGW with aluminum covered stainless steel tube.
