清肾汤保留灌肠结合西医治疗对肾性贫血微炎症状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清肾汤保留灌肠结合西医治疗对肾性贫血微炎症状态的影响。方法将102例肾性贫血患者随机分为2组,对照组51例予西医治疗,治疗组51例在对照组治疗基础上加清肾汤保留灌肠。2组共治疗12周。统计2组治疗前后中医证候积分变化,检测2组治疗前后血红蛋白(Hgb)、红细胞比容(Hct)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血肌酐(Cr)及微炎症指标血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率86.27%,对照组总有效率72.55%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后中医证候积分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后Hgb、Cr及hs-CRP与本组治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肾汤保留灌肠配合西药可显著改善肾性贫血患者临床症状,可能与改善患者微炎症状态相关。Objective To observe the effect of enema of Qingshen decoction combined with western medi- cine on the treatment of renal anemia micro - inflammatory state. Methods 102 cases of renal anemia were random- ly divided into control group, which were treated by western medicine and treatment group, which were treated by en- ema of Qingshen decoction combined with western medicine. The course was twelve weeks in two groups. The chan- ges of Chinese syndromes scores before and after treatment were determined. Changes of Hgh, Hct, SF, Cr and hs - CRP were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （86.27%） was higher than that in control group （72.55%, P 〈0.05）. Chinese medicine syndromes score after treatment were lower than those before treat- ment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Chinese medicine syndromes score in treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvement of Hgb, Cr and hs - CRP in treatment group were supe- rior to those in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enema of Qingshen decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia, and may be related to the improvement of the micro - inflammatory state.
