连花清瘟胶囊联合金荞麦片治疗甲型H1N1流感临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察连花清瘟胶囊联合金荞麦片治疗甲型H1N1流感的疗效。方法将112例患者随机分为两组各56例,治疗组服连花清瘟胶囊联合金荞麦片,对照组服奥司他韦胶囊;疗程结束后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组与对照组发热持续时间和甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸转阴时间相近,治疗组咳嗽和咽痛持续天数显著短于对照组。结论连花清瘟胶囊联合金荞麦片治疗甲型H1N1流感疗效较好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect and the safety of Lianhuaqingwen Capsule combined with Jinqiaomai Tablet in influenza A/HIN1. Methods： 112 patients with influenza A/H1N1 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 56 eases in each group. The treatment group was received the Lianhuaqingwen Capsule combined with Jinqiaomai Tablet. The control group was given Oseltamivir capsules. These effects in 2 groups were compared after treatment. Results：There were no significant differences in 2 groups including the duration of fever and the influenza A/H1N1 influenza virus nucleic acid clearance time. However,there were some remarkably differences in the treatment group and the control group about the cough and the sore throat last days. Conclusion：Lianhuaqingwen Capsule combined with Jinqiaomai Tablet can be significant effect in treating influenza A/H1N1.
