以针刺为主的综合疗法治疗中风先兆症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察以针灸为主的综合疗法对中风先兆症的临床疗效。方法将中风先兆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组采用针灸为主的综合疗法,对照组采取无针灸的综合疗法,观察近期与远期疗效。结果治疗组近、远期疗效均高于对照组。结论以针灸为主的综合疗法是治疗中风先兆症的最佳方法,针灸在综合疗法中作用肯定。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive therapy with acupuncture primarily for threatened apoplexy. Methods：Threatened stroke patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was taken the comprehensive therapy with mainly acupuncture and the control group was used the comprehensive therapy with no acupuncture. Effects in the recent and the long-term were observed. Results：The recent and the long-term effects in the treatment group were higher obviously than those in the control group. Conclusion：The comprehensive therapy of stroke symptoms mainly with acupuncture treatment is the best method clinically in threatened stroke therapy.
