通心络胶囊治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛有效性及安全性的系统评价

摘　　要：目的了解通心络胶囊治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库(2011年第1期)、Ovid-medline全文数据库(1966年至2011年3月)、Pubmed数据库(1948年至2011年3月)、Embase数据库(1966年至2011年3月)、中国(CNKI)学术文献总库(1979年至2011年3月)、万方数字化期刊库(1981年至2011年3月)、及维普数据库(1989年至2011年3月)、中国生物医学文献数据库(1978年至2011年3月),手工检索相关文献,按纳入与排除标准选择试验、评价质量,提取资料,并用RevMan4.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共初检出287篇文献,经筛选最终纳入9篇关于通心络胶囊治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照研究。以心绞痛缓解为效应尺度:Z=9.90;以心电图改善为效应尺度:Z=6.95。结论通心络胶囊治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛安全有效。Objective： To detect the effectiveness and safety of Tongxinluo Capsule in elderly patients with un- stable angina. Methods：Trails on elderly patients with unstable angina treated by Tongxinluo Capsule were re- trieved from Cochrane Library, Ovid-medline, Pubmed Embase, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM. These articles ac- cordance with inclusion criteria were analyzed statistically by RevMan 4.2 soft. Results：A total of 9 random con- trol trails in 287 subjects were included in this study. With the angina remission and the ECG improvement as the effect scales,the respective Z values were 9.90 and 6.95. Conclusion ：It is effective and safe for elderly patients with unstable angina treated with Tongxinluo Capsule.
