摘  要:目的加强综合性医院急诊质量控制,促进医疗质量持续改进。方法根据上海市急诊质控标准,对浦东新区19家公立医院2008至2010年急诊运行情况进行质控考核。结果持续急诊质控检查使各医院在急诊管理及急诊技能等方面不断改善,质控质量总体呈上升趋势。结论加强急诊质控管理是促进急诊事业发展的有效手段。Objective:To strengthen the hospital emergency department quality control and promote continuous improvement of medical quality. Methods:According to a Shanghai City emergency control standards, 19 Pudong New Area public hospitals between 2008 and 2010 of emergency operation were taken the quality control assess- ment. Results:Continuous quality control was showed that the emergency hospital in emergency management and the emergency skills continued to improve and the quality control kept elevating. Conclusion:Strengthening quality management is promoting the cause of emergency development effective means. Construction and development of strict management,reasonable configuration,skilled emergency team is the goal of our efforts.
