老年2型糖尿病患者的脂类代谢分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血清脂类代谢变化及临床应用价值。方法选择我所45例老年2型糖尿病患者作为病例组,同期58例老年人为健康对照组,分别检测血清脂类各项指标。结果病例组与健康对照组相比较,血清甘油三酯明显增高,载脂蛋白(Apo)A明显降低,ApoB增高、ApoA/ApoB降低、高密度脂蛋白降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清脂类代谢指标作为老年2型糖尿病患者一项重要辅助指标,对于了解病情进展、指导临床诊断和治疗具有一定临床价值。Objective To explore the change of the lipid metabolism in aged type 2 diabetics patients. Methods The serum lipid level of 45 aged type 2 diabetics patients were detected. The various serum lipid levels of 58 healthy aged people as normal group were measured. Results Compared with the health group, the serum Apo B level increased （P〈0.05）, the serum Apo A level decreased （P〈0.05）, the serum triglyceride （TG） level increased significantly （P〈0.01）, the serum high-density lipoprotein （HDL）, ApoA/ApoB level decreased significantly （P〈0.01） in the aged type 2 diabetics patients. Conclusion As detected in aged patients with 2 type diabetes, the serum lipid metabolism is one of the important auxiliary indicators. It is benefit to get the state of disease development and for diagnosis treatment in clinic.
