活血通络润燥汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变40例

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通络润燥汤联合西药对糖尿病患者周围神经病变的影响。方法:将80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组常规给予营养神经的药物治疗,同时在此基础上予自拟活血通络润燥汤口服。对照组给予西药营养神经类药物治疗。治疗3月后,观察两组患者的症状改善情况及神经传导速度。结果:在改善症状及神经传导速度上,观察组优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络润燥汤能改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状及神经传导速度,疗效显著,值得临床进一步研究。Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxue Tongluo Runzao Decoction plus Western medicine on peripheral neuropathy of diabetic patients. Methods： 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with conventional nerve-nourishing drugs, and based on which self-made Huoxue Tongluo Runzao Decoction was administered. The control group was treated with nerve-nouris- hing Western medicine. The symptomatic improvement and nerve conduction velocity of two groups were observed after 3 months of treatment. Results ： The observation group was better than the control group in improving symptoms and nerve conduction ve- locity, the difference is significant （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Huoxue Tongluo Runzao Decoction has a significant effect in improving the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, which is worth of further clinical study,
