摘 要:描述了三点弯小试样测试材料蠕变性能的方法,建立了三点弯同传统蠕变试验的解析关联式。模拟了23CrMoNiWV88材料在540℃时三点弯小试样的试验过程,分析了试样中心位移、应力、应变随时间的变化规律,验证了采用该方法获取材料蠕变性能的可行性,并在数值模拟的基础上建立了三点弯蠕变试验同传统单轴蠕变试验的转换式,求取了材料的蠕变性能参数,结果表明模拟值与理论值吻合较好。基于数值模拟结果,修正了两者的解析关联式,并分析了进一步开展试验研究的必要性。A method of deriving creep properties by three-point bending creep tests is described. Based on this method, the three-point bending creep tests of 23CrMoNiWV88 steel operated at constant loads and temperature(540 ) are simulated by finite element method. The variation of central deflection and stress with time are analyzed. The numerical results show that it is feasible to obtain creep parameters from the small bending specimen. Furthermore, the relationship between the three-point bending and uniaxial creep tests is conducted and creep constants are derived. The results show that the creep constants estimated from three-point bending creep tests agree well with those theoretical values, and the analytical formula are modified according to the numerical results. Meanwhile, the necessities to study experiments further are also analyzed.
