摘  要:以成熟的鼠尾藻生殖托为材料,研究了不同温度(13~23℃)、光照度(3000~12000lx)和光照周期(15L∶9D,12L∶12D,9L∶16D)对鼠尾藻排卵及幼孢子体生长的影响。结果显示,温度在20~23℃范围,有利于鼠尾藻卵子的排放;在3000~12000lx范围内,光照度越高,越有利于鼠尾藻卵子的排放;光周期不是影响卵子排放的主要因素,光照度是鼠尾藻幼孢子体生长的重要因子;温度是制约鼠尾藻幼孢子体生长的关键因子,水温低于16℃时不利于幼孢子体的快速生长。The mature receptacles of Sargassum thunbergii were used as materials in this experiment. The effects of temperature(13-23 ℃), illumination (3 000-12 0001x) and photoperiod (15 L -9 D, 12 L : 12 D, and 9 L : 16 D) on egg releasing and young sporophyte growth of S. thunbergii were investigated. It was found that it is conducive to releasing eggs at 20-23 ℃. Between 3 000-120001x, higher illumination was more favorable for releasing eggs. Photoperiod was not the main factor of affecting the egg releasing speed. Illumination was an important but not a key factor for the growth of S. thunbergii young sporophyte. Temperature was a key factor for the growth of young sporophyte. Temperature below 16℃ was not conducive to the growth of young sporophyte.
