摘 要:本文建立了纺织机械中常见的复式纱路张力补偿系统的力学模型;应用校正传递矩阵法对这类有多重分岔的复合系统进行了动力学分析.作为算例,本文计算了GE271型经编机上纱路张力补偿系统的前三阶固有频率和振型,以及系统对纱路张力波动的动力响应;得到了与实测结果能很好相符的结论.然后又讨论了张力补偿器各尺寸参数与纱线物理参数对系统动力特性及张力补偿能力的影响,并据此引出了一些有实用价值的结论.In this paper, a mechanical model of a yarn tension compensating system commonly used in textile machinery is set up, and a dynamic analysis for this kind of multi-branch compound system is made by using the modified transfer matrix method. As an example, the first three natural frequencies and natural modes of the yarn tension compensating system of the type GE271 tricot knitting machine are calculated, and the steady-state response for the tension fluctuation of yarn path is also obtained. The calculated results agree with the experiments very well. Furthermore, the influences of the tension compensator sizes and the physical yarn parameters on the dynamic characteristics and the tension compensating ability of the system are discussed. Some conclusions useful in practice are presented.
