摘 要:目的探讨超声联合微泡辐照对单侧睾丸扭转复位致对侧睾丸损伤的保护作用。方法 15只健康新西兰雄性家兔建立睾丸扭转复位模型后随机分为对照组、单纯超声辐照组、超声联合微泡辐照组,每组各5只。单纯超声辐照组与超声联合微泡辐照组于复位后即刻、12h及24h各辐照1次,对照组于相应的时间段进行空照,每次辐照(空照)10min。辐照(空照)结束后,处死家兔获取对侧睾丸,观察其病理改变,采用Johnsen10级评分法进行评分,并测定凋亡指数(AI)、一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量、一氧化氮氧合酶(NOS)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力等生化指标。结果 (1)对照组AI、Johnsen评分、NO含量、NOS活力、MDA含量和SOD活力分别为(51.36±10.02)%、(7.60±1.14)分、(181.50±7.42)μmol/g、(1.15±0.11)U/mg、(6.49±1.15)nmol/mg和(36.95±4.74)U/mg,单纯超声辐照组分别为(54.97±14.30)%、(7.40±0.89)分、(199.82±21.39)μmol/g、(1.25±0.10)U/mg、(6.36±1.17)nmol/mg和(36.63±4.61)U/mg,超声联合微泡辐照组分别为(18.58±2.37)%、(8.80±0.84)分、(286.31±18.43)μmol/g、(1.42±0.11)U/mg、(4.48±0.42)nmol/mg和(43.30±3.80)U/mg。对照组、单纯超声辐照组和超声联合微泡辐照组Johnsen评分差异无统计学意义(F=3.071,P=0.084),但AI、NO含量、NOS活力、MDA含量和SOD活力差异均有统计学意义(F=19.417,P=0.000;F=55.120,P=0.000;F=11.926,P=0.001;F=6.587,P=0.012;F=32.705,P=0.000),且超声联合微泡辐照组AI、NO含量、NOS活力、MDA含量和SOD活力与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=32.790、104.803、0.331、2.013、19.366,P均<0.01或0.05),与单纯超声辐照组比较差异也均有统计学意义(t=36.390、86.483、0.231、1.879、19.685,P均<0.05或0.01),但单纯超声辐照组AI、NO含量、NOS活力、MDA含量和SOD活力与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=3.600、18.820、0.099、0.134、0.320,P均>0.05)。结论超声联合常规剂量SonoVue辐照10min可在单侧睾丸扭Objective To explore the protecting effect of ultrasound and microbubbles exposure in contralateral testis with unilateral testicular torsion.Methods Fifteen rabbits with unilateral testicular torsion and detorsion were divided into control group(blank exposure group),ultrasound exposure group,and ultrasound and microbbubles exposure group(n=5,each).The rabbits underwent exposure(ultrasound exposure group and ultrasound and microbbubles exposure group)or blank exposure(control group)after detortion immediately,12 h and 24 h with 10 min of each time.At the end of this process,all the rabbits were sacrificed and their contralateral testes were obtained.The Johnsen's scores and apoptosis index(AI),the content of nitric oxide(NO)and malondialdehyde(MDA),and the activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the contralateral testes were analyzed and compared in the three groups.Results AI,Johnsen's score,NO content,NOS activity,MDA content and SOD activity were respectively(51.36±10.02)%,(7.60±1.14)scores,(181.50±7.42)μmol/g,(1.15±0.11)U/mg,(6.49±1.15)nmol/mg and(36.95±4.74)U/mg in the control group,(54.97±14.30)%,(7.40±0.89)scores,(199.82±21.39)μmol/g,(1.25±0.10) U/mg,(6.36±1.17)nmol/mg and(36.63±4.61)U/mg in the ultrasound exposure group,and(18.58±2.37)%,(8.80±0.84)scores,(286.31±18.43)μmol/g,(1.42±0.11)U/mg,(4.48±0.42)nmol/mg and(43.30±3.80)U/mg in the ultrasound and microbubbles exposure group.Johnsen's score was no statistical difference(F=3.071,P=0.084),but AI,NO content,NOS activity,MDA content and SOD activity were significantly different(F=19.417,P=0.000;F=55.120,P=0.000;F=11.926,P=0.001;F=6.587,P=0.012;F=32.705,P=0.000)among the three groups.AI,NO content,NOS activity,MDA content and SOD activity demonstrated significant difference between the ultrasound and microbubbles exposure group and the control group(t=32.790,104.803,0.331,2.013,19.366
