摘 要:目的建立紫果西番莲总黄酮的含量测定方法,并比较6个不同产地紫果西番莲叶中总黄酮的含量。方法采用紫外-可见光分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,三氯化铝-醋酸钠显色,在273 nm波长处测定紫果西番莲叶中总黄酮的含量。结果总黄酮在9.94~49.68μg.mL-1范围内,吸光度与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.71%(RSD=1.32%),不同产地紫果西番莲叶中总黄酮含量为1.150%~2.842%。结论不同产地的紫果西番莲叶中总黄酮的含量存在较大差异。Objective To develop a method to determinate total flavonoids in Passiflora edulis Sims from different areas. Methods The total flavonoids in Passiflora edulis Sims were determined by spectrophotometry at 273 nm. Rutin was used as standard. A mixture of AlCl3-NaAC solution was taken as a color reagent. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 9.94-49.68 μg.mL-1( r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99.71% ( RSD = 1.32% ). The contents of total flavonoids from different areas were 1,150% -2. 842%. Conclusion There is variation for the total flavonoids from Passiflora edulis Sims planted in different areas.
