摘 要:本文以纺织机械中的一个重要部件——细纱锭子为例,从连续系统的复模态观点出发,研究了具有挤压油膜阻尼装置的回转轴系的参数识别问题,导出了连续系统振型方程的“共轭自乘积分式”,由此建立了具有任意分布的粘性阻尼和弹簧作用的连续系统物理参数和模态参数之间的关系,并且在对回转轴系进行复模态分析的基础上建立了识别系统油膜刚度和阻尼系数的迭代公式,从而只要采用单点激振、单点测量的方法即可足够精确地识别出系统的油膜刚度、阻尼系数。另外,本文还建立了求解回转轴系复频率的迭代公式。The author deals with a problem of parameter identification of rotating shaft systems with squeeze oil film damping device, according to complex modal theory of continuous systems, and taking the ring spinning spindle, as a practical and typical example. The 'conjugate self-multiplying integrating formula' of the eigenequation of a continuous system is derived, from which the relationship between physical and model parameters of the system with arbitrarily distributed viscous damping and spring constants is set up, and on the basis of complex model analysis of a rotating shaft system the iteration formula is set up so that the oil film characteristic parameters of the system can be identified. Thus, only by means of a single exciting station and a single measuring station can these parameters be sufficiently and accurately identified. Besides, another iteration formula for solving complex frequencies of a rotating shaft svstem is also set up.
