摘　　要：由于若干欠发达地区的存在,使得中国沿海经济带出现了断裂,影响了东部沿海地域的整合及跨越。该文在识别沿海地区经济差异和指出沿海欠发达地区经济隆起的战略意义的基础上,认为沿海欠发达地区在全球化条件下的最大优势是港口物流效率。最后以苏北为例,解释了沿海欠发达地区基于港口优势的具体发展路径。The existence of the underdeveloped areas has a negative impact on the integration and upgrade in the east coastal region, disrupting the continuity of China＇s coastal economic belt. Having defined the economic differences in the coastal underdeveloped areas, the author considers that the port logistics efficiency is the biggest advatage for the coastal underdeveloped areas under the background of globalization and lays out in detail the developmental routemap citing north Jiangsu province as an example.
