摘　　要：以颈部包块为主要表现的淋巴结结核,在病因诊断上往往被耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师忽视,其临床表现特点,超声、CT影像检查,病理检查、鉴别诊断及治疗要点都应是临床医师掌握的内容,就近期相关文献作以整理,综述如下。The lymphadenopathy with cervical masses as the main manifestation is often ignored by Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgeons in the diagnosis of the cause.However,the key points of its clinical features,ultrasound,CT imaging study,pathology study,differential diagnosis and treatment should be mastered by clinical physicians.This paper is to review the recent literature and present it as follows.
