摘　　要：为了实现测量中性点不接地配电系统(IT系统)母线绝缘参数的目的,通过向系统加载脉冲信号,然后测量系统响应信号的电压值,进而计算得到系统母线的分布电容和绝缘电阻值,利用测量值监测系统的绝缘状况。通过对大量仿真数据的分析可知,该方法具有较高的绝缘监测效率。A method of measuring insulating parameter of the bus of non-ground neutral power distribution system（IT system） is introduced,through loading the pulse signal to the system,then measuring the voltage value of response signal,and then calculating capacitance of the bus system and insulation resistance,through the system bus capacitance and insulation of resistance changes,then monitoring the insulation situation of system.Through the analysis of the simulation data,this method is of high efficiency on insulation monitoring.
