摘　　要：针对一次调频投入效果的实时监控,在分析一次调频技术指标与考核内容的基础上,研究了阀位(导叶开度)指令输出信号和频率扰动输出信号这2个监控信息点在一次调频投入效果实时监控功能中的有效作用,完善了一次调频性能实时监测和考核功能。In Ihe light of real monitoring of primary frequency control, based on the analysis of technical index and assessment content, the effeelive function of valve position （guide wine opening） command output signal and frequency disturbance output signal in real monitoring is analyzed, the real monitoring ＆ assessment function of primary frequency control is perfected.
